Audacious Herbaceous Peartini

1 jar MMlocal Pears with Rosemary

Hendricks Gin

Splash St Germaine Elderflower Liquor

Splash Good Balsamic Vinegar

Puree entire contents of MMlocal Rosemary Pears (minus rosemary sprigs) in blender until completely smooth, add Hendricks Gin to taste, add Splash of St. Germaine, strain over ice into chilled martini glass. Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar on top for garnish.

 

Drink immediately!
