Hot Chimichurri Sauce

This hot chimichurri sauce - inspired by a eating far too much grilled meat in Argentina circa 2005 - is an awesome complement to anything off the grill from grilled veggies to beef, pork to chicken.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons MM Local Hot Chile Peppers (diced fine)
  • 8 cloves minced Garlic
  • 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley or basil (chopped fine, parsely is the more traditional choice)
  • Tablespoon diced red onion
  • 1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon MM Local Pepper Brine (from your jar of hot peppers)

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Let sit for 2 hours.
