- Paonia Pears - simple-preserved pears from the high orchards of Paonia and Hotchkiss Colorado. Great for salads, desserts, or fruit-driven recipes.
- Pear (not apple) Sauce - Whole pears, ripe as you can get 'em in a beautiful and flavorful puree. Like Apple sauce with complex notes of vanilla and spice - all from naturally ripened pears.
- Pickled Boulder Beets - Delicious red beets, lightly pickled with a robust beet flavor. Great straight out of the jar, as a simple beet salad or as an addition to soups.
- Spicy Dill and Garlic Dill Cucumber pickles - simply great pickles. A classic Colorado recipe shared with us by three separate native Colorado families who have lived here since the 1800s. A delicious Colorado take on the classic pickle.
- Heirloom Tomatoes with Basil - A mix of incredible organic heirloom tomato varieties with a spring of basil. Great for light sauces or colorful bruschetta. Or just straight from the jar.
