For sweet peach taste:
- Eat them straight out of the jar
- Pour them with their liquid over ice cream (warm or cold)
- Reduce in their own liquid for a dense peach reduction sauce for dessserts such as a pie or tart
- Add with juice to smoothies
For a complement to savory dishes:
- Chop and serve as a garnish for a pork entree
- Mix with a few MM Local High Desert Peppers and a dash of salt for a quick chutney
- Add to a pasta sauce for a delicious treat
- Slice up and add to a salad with walnuts, pecans, almonds or pine nuts
- Chop and mix with tomatoes, onions, peppers and cilantro for peach salsa
