His attention to detail leads to exceptional crops of peaches and plums, always harvested ripe, to serve his local farmer's markets. Brian also runs Colorado Mountain Jams at One Straw Organic Orchards, where he turns many of his own and other locally grown crops into exceptional jams and jellies.
