David Rippe started farming organic beef cattle and commodity crops 21 years ago out on the Eastern Plains of Colorado. But it wasn't until he met Sarah Bevan in 2005 that David started growing organic vegetables. As one of the leading organic meat and veggie growers on the Front Range, David is well known for his principled farming and he continues to push hard for greater accountability and transparency in the organic farming community. His produce (including asparagus) and beef are available at Whole Foods Markets across the metro area.
